Hand Picking the material used to build our buildings, is one of the way Wright's Utility Buildings emphasizes quality. It is the small details that our customers have appreciated for the past 20 years.
How are our buildings constructed?
Structural Description:
Building Floors are built 16 inches on center.
Walls and Roof are built 2 foot on center.*
*Buildings Walls & Ceiling can be upgraded to 16" on center at an additional cost.*
All Buildings have treated runners and cinderblocks to level.
8 wide buildings are built with 2 x 4 treated floor joist.
12 wide buildings are built with 2x6 treated floor joist.
All buildings have 3/4" Tongue and Grooved OSB flooring.
All Exterior Trim is treated wood
Buildings are standard with 50" Double Doors.
All buildings are standard with 6'3" side wall.*
**Any building can be upgraded to 7' side wall. At an additional cost.**
All buildings have cathedral ceilings.
All buildings are standard with one gambrel vent.
+++Since all buildings are built on site a 4 foot working area is need around the perimeter of the buildings.
Siding Description:
All buildings have LP SMART SIDE
Roof Description:
All buildings are standard with 7/16" OSB and 25 yr. Owens Corning Shingles.
